Flow is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate a team of professionals from engineers to contractors, ensuring timely, efficient delivery within budget and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Project Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience managing multiple sites across cities.
• Working knowledge of code requirements for multi-family projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to determine project scope and feasibility.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to meet budget targets.
• Identify required permits and licenses and obtain them from authorities.
• Plan construction operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
• Manage logistics for materials, equipment, and subcontractors; ensure safety standards.
