Job summary

Volumetric Building Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Construction to lead field operations for complex, ground-up multifamily projects in North America. This role requires coordinating large field teams, managing subcontractors, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to VBC quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management, strong leadership, and extensive knowledge of architectural, structural, MEP, and site work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in construction management, general contracting, or a comparable construction environment.
• Proven experience as Lead/Senior Project Manager or equivalent field leadership on large-scale projects.
• Experience leading 100+ onsite personnel and coordinating multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for complex, ground-up multifamily construction from inception to delivery.
• Manage 100+ onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.
• Develop and manage Look-Ahead schedules and micro-schedules to meet milestones.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders for constructability and accuracy.
• Lead weekly onsite progress meetings and safety reviews.
• Promote a collaborative and accountable project environment with stakeholders.
