Job summary

MMG is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-family construction projects, reporting to the Vice President of Construction. You will collaborate with the Construction Executive on subcontractor interactions, client proposals, and contract administration to ensure on-time, safe project delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with preconstruction and scheduling teams, and directing the project team on-site for smaller scope projects, while maintaining high standards of communication and

Qualifications

• BS in a Construction related field preferred.
• Multi-Family Construction experience required.
• Podium, Wrap, Construction experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
