Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years driving projects from end to end.
• PMI or equivalent Project Management certification required.
• Experience with Business Objects, NetSuite, FiServ or similar systems preferred.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills; mortgage servicing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops high-level and detailed project plans and baselines milestones.
• Identifies, tracks, and manages project risks and issues.
• Monitors budgets, forecasts, and actuals; reports status.
• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver projects end to end.
• Ensures change control processes are followed and effective communication.
