Job summary

Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and execution of projects from design through manufacturing. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and construction teams to turn concepts into reality, while protecting scope, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience in AEC or manufacturing, excellent client communication, and a track record of building long-term client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field with 7+ years PM experience in AEC/manufacturing.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams delivering complex projects.
• Experience generating and reporting project schedules and budgets.
• Experience reviewing complex client contracts and subconsultants.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and execution of projects from early design through manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, schedule, and cost.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project handover documentation.
• Develop project charters, oversee submittals and approvals, and lead meetings.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies across the lifecycle.
