Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Richmond area to lead multifamily and commercial construction projects from ground up. You will manage budgets, schedules, and field operations, and coordinate closely with owners, architects, and engineers.

The role offers a strong pipeline and leadership growth, with exposure to diverse developments and collaboration with senior leadership to ensure on-time delivery, safety, and quality across projects.

Qualifications

5+ years of construction project management experience.
Experience managing ground-up commercial or multifamily projects.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control abilities.
Experience overseeing subcontractors and field operations.
RFIs, submittals, and change orders management.
Coordination with owners, architects, and engineers.
Solid understanding of construction documents and contracts.
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore).
Ability to lead project meetings and reporting.
Focus on safety compliance and quality control.
