Qualifications

• Proven luxury residential construction experience.
• Experience managing luxury single-family homes valued at higher budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of luxury single-family residential projects valued at $3M–$15M+.
• Develop, review, and manage construction programs, including plans, site logistics, equipment, manpower, budgets and schedules.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Conduct daily project reviews to identify issues and align with goals.
• Maintain detailed project records and track requests through completion.
• Prepare and maintain weekly project schedules and coordinate inspections across trades.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
• Review WIP payment requests and monitor subcontractor performance.
