Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Project Management, Business Administration or any related field.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management, program management, or related experience.
• Experience managing complex government, military, defense, or commercial contracts and programs.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project planning and scheduling tools.
• Ability to develop project budgets, statements of work, and project performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the daily execution of multiple programs or large-scale projects in accordance with contract requirements.
• Lead integrated product teams and facilitate all program meetings, including project kickoffs, status reviews, and closeout meetings.
• Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure successful execution of contracts and subcontracts while meeting cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all matters related to contract execution.
• Provide effective communication, coordination, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the organization during customer reviews, program meetings, seminars, and management briefings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve contractual, technical, and programmatic issues.
