Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience with government, military, defense, or commercial programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct daily execution of multiple programs or large-scale projects.
• Lead integrated product teams and facilitate all program meetings.
• Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure contracts and subcontracts meet cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers on contract execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve contractual and programmatic issues.
