Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead a large, multi-disciplinary project portfolio across our Life Sciences, Mission Critical, and distribution sectors. The role requires coordinating design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning phases, ensuring commercial and technical success from $50K to $3.0M+.

You will drive proposals, manage client communications, and ensure scope and cost integrity while mentoring team members in PMI-based practices and PMO standards.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience or 10+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI based standards into the company culture and mentor others.
• Experience leading difficult projects and maintaining performance under stress.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proposal Development including scope, schedule, cost estimates and pricing.
• Manage Client Communication across project phases and resolve scope/cost issues.
• Develop project labor and procurement plans to meet schedule and cash flow.
• Maintain cost budgets and reports; manage forecasted costs and contingencies.
• Lead the project team and coordinate resources with Operations to optimize timing.
