E Tech Group in California seeks a Project Manager to lead large projects and multiple efforts, including coordination with subcontractors. You will drive proposals, manage schedules and costs, and ensure client goals align with profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PM experience (or 5+ years in project engineering), proficient PMI practices, and experience with MS Project, Procore, CXAlloy, and Smartsheet. Travel up to 25% and strong collaboration required.

Formación

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficiency in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Able to implement PMI-based standards into the company culture and mentor others.
• Proven leadership on challenging projects and strong performance under pressure.
• Experience managing contracts and/or subcontractors.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Familiarity with industrial controls projects.
• Experience with project budgeting and fiscal accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Proposal Development including scope, schedule, cost estimates and handoff from Business Development.
• Manage client communication across project phases and resolve scope/schedule/cost issues.
• Develop project schedule and labor/resource plans to meet objectives and cash flow.
• Maintain scope definition, secure Change Orders, and identify additional opportunities.
• Keep project costs budgets, track earned value, and forecast monthly costs.
• Lead the project team and coordinate resources across the organization.
• Present project activity and financial updates to customers and management.
• Utilize E TECH GROUP PMO methods and tools; adopt new PM tools enterprise-wide.
• Travel up to 25% and uphold core values and collaboration.
