E Tech Group is seeking a Project Manager based in California to lead large projects or multiple efforts, coordinating design, procurement, implementation and commissioning. You will drive proposals, manage client communications, and ensure profitable delivery across phases with a focus on scope, schedule and cost.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience (or 5+ years in project engineering), PMI-informed practices, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI-based standards into the company culture and mentor others.
• Experience leading complex projects with a focus on schedule, cost, and scope.

Responsabilités

• Lead Proposal Development—scope, schedule, and cost estimates, project pricing and structure.
• Manage client communication across all project phases and resolve scope, schedule, and cost issues.
• Develop project labor/resource and procurement plans to hit schedule objectives and cash flow.
• Maintain cost budgets, track earned value, and forecast costs monthly.
• Lead project teams to meet milestones on time and within budget; coordinate with Operations.
