• Bachelor's degree with 10–15 years of construction management experience on large-scale GC or CM at Risk projects.
• Experience leading multiple project teams and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Strong track record in budgeting, scheduling, and achieving profitability across projects.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage owner/client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in financial and profitability aspects of projects under your jurisdiction.
• Lead project budgets and schedules to achieve profitability objectives.
• Oversee pre-construction, turnover, and startup activities.
• Collaborate with clients, owners, architects, and subcontractors to exceed client satisfaction standards.
• Mentor, train, and coach staff to perform to Suffolk standards.
• Own the project from Pre-Construction through Closeout and beyond.
