Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data center facilities in the United States. You will work with owners, designers, consultants and trade partners to ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget project outcomes.

You will oversee preconstruction through commissioning and turnover, managing teams and coordinating complex MEP systems with a focus on quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Data center / mission-critical project experience required.
• Experience managing large construction projects as PM.
• General Contractor/Subcontractors experience preferred.
• Familiar with MEP systems and construction coordination.
• Experience with commissioning and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction to turnover.
• Manage project teams, risks, safety, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, consultants and trade partners.
• Ensure commissioning and operational readiness of facilities.
