Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced Project Manager for mission-critical data center projects. You will lead large-scale delivery from preconstruction through commissioning, coordinating teams, owners, designers, and trade partners to meet aggressive schedules and stringent quality standards.

Ideal candidates have data center experience, strong GC/subcontractor management, and expertise with MEP coordination, Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Data center / mission-critical experience required.
• Proven experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
• General Contractor/Subcontractors experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
