Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects nationwide. You will drive delivery from preconstruction through commissioning, coordinate large teams, manage risk, and ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

Data center / mission-critical experience required.
Mix of industrial, mission-critical and data center construction preferable.
Proven experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
General Contractor/Subcontractors experience strongly preferred.
Understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.
Experience with commissioning, turnover and early operational requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
Direct project teams, manage commercial and technical risk, and ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
Coordinate with owners, designers, consultants, and trade partners to meet massive delivery timelines.
Maintain program alignment with high standards of safety and operational readiness.
