Summit Line Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager for its Mission Critical team. You will lead one or more data center electrical construction projects, guiding the full lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout and mentoring a high-performing team.

You bring 10+ years in electrical construction, with 5+ years leading project teams. Strong communication, empathy, and a commitment to people development are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in electrical construction or related activities; 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong communication and mentoring ability; develop high-performing teams.
• Experience in data center or mission critical projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day success of complex electrical construction projects in data centers.
• Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and SOV; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
