Zusammenfassung

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services affiliate, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of complex data-center electrical construction projects across the western region. You will lead pre-construction, mobilization, execution, and closeout, guiding a high-performing team to meet or exceed client expectations.

You bring 10+ years in electrical construction with 5+ years in leadership, exceptional communication, and a commitment to developing people.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years in electrical construction, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to clients and senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business; PMP or advanced degree is a plus.
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record; authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Aufgaben

• Lead all pre-construction activities including bid preparation, contract review, and execution planning for mission-critical projects.
• Develop and manage the project schedule, budgets, and value management in collaboration with field team.
• Oversee invoicing, cost forecasting, and change orders to protect project margins.
• Manage subcontracts and vendor agreements; ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Lead meetings with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Mentor and develop project teams; foster a safety-first, collaborative culture.
