Job summary

The Beck Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field teams and oversee safety, schedule, and budget on medium to large projects ($25–$50M scope described). You will develop logistics plans, coordinate with Project Managers, and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of construction field experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams and coordinating trades on large commercial projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and Lean construction practices.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and BIM models and apply them on site.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project logistics plan and implement schedules for timely coordination.
• Lead and manage construction teams, ensuring proper training and collaboration.
• Monitor budgets, progress, and safety compliance on site.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet quality and timeline goals.
• Attend OAC meetings and report project status and risks.
