Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of complex, mission-critical communication system projects. Serve as primary contact across project phases to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with customer specs.

Responsibilities include directing cross-functional teams, managing baselines, and stakeholder communications; applying PMBOK and Six Sigma; strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with ≥4 years PM experience, or ≥7 years in related fields.
• Experience forecasting and driving project revenue.
• Technical domain knowledge in public safety or IT networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams and external vendors to deliver on schedule.
• Develop baselines, track milestones, and manage cost, scope, and quality.
• Communicate with customers and executives, reporting progress and risks.
• Apply PMBOK and Six Sigma to improve processes.
