Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on civil/site work for master planning and complex on-site/offsite utility infrastructure, coordinating across a multi-building campus.

You will lead project teams, drive budgets and contracts, and ensure top client satisfaction while overseeing procurement and scheduling for diverse projects. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of proven experience in civil-heavy large projects.
• Experience managing contracts with values from $50–$300M+.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, estimating, scheduling, cost control.
• Ability to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to meet goals, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee design development, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate multi-building campus activities and utility infrastructure.
• Lead or participate in owner/client presentations and negotiations.
• Manage procurement strategy and subcontracts.
