Skanska is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager - MEP to lead large, complex projects in the U.S. You will drive project direction, budgeting, scheduling, and the transition from pre-construction to construction, ensuring safe, ethical execution under federal, state, and local guidelines.
You will build and lead Project Management Teams, manage MEP subcontractors and vendors, and foster a culture of safety and quality.

The Senior Project Manager - MEP oversees the overall project direction of large, complex and/or multiple projects that have Project Management Teams. They will be instrumental in the assembly of these teams. The Senior Project Manager - MEP is responsible to plan and oversee the project to ensure a timely and cost effective outcome. This includes budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the project. They will oversee a smooth transition from the estimate/pre-construction phase to construction, including design management, if applicable, in order to protect the bid position. They are responsible for ensuring the project/area is constructed in a safe, ethical manner, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
