Job summary

LSU New Orleans seeks a seasoned professional to oversee Medicaid Technology Development projects delivering MES modularity systems. You will manage the full lifecycle, coordinate with CMS, vendors, and internal staff, and ensure procurement and deadlines are met while defining objectives to guide quality.

You will lead advisory committees, draft key documents, and report to management on progress, risks, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in project management; 6+ years in related fields preferred.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management for MES modularity systems from initiation to close.
• Coordinate with CMS, vendors, and internal staff; lead advisory committees.
• Ensure procurement, regulatory, and project deadlines are met; prepare reports.
• Align standards with Agile Center of Excellence and oversee quality control.
