Comfort Systems USA Southwest is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical, plumbing, and sheet metal construction projects from preconstruction turnover through closeout. You will own project execution, financial performance, schedule, contracts, procurement, billing, risk, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years progressive construction experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing mechanical, plumbing, and/or sheet metal projects with financials.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, risk, procurement, and change management.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers, clients, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for assigned projects and supervise project staff.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, WIP, and cash flow.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and change orders.
• Coordinate preconstruction turnover, permitting, and closeout.
• Mentor and coach project team members and collaborate with clients and subcontractors.
