Midwest Machinery, a member of the AIR Control Concepts family, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex HVAC/mechanical projects. You will drive execution from planning through closeout, balancing schedule, scope, quality, and profitability while coordinating sales, engineering, finance, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, operations, construction, or related field.
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-year projects with multiple suppliers.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management software and CRM systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects and complex project portfolios from planning through closeout with accountability for schedule, scope, quality, and financial results.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, procurement matrices, milestone schedules, responsibilities, and reporting processes.
• Manage customer relationships and serve as primary operational contact with proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, logistics, field operations, installation, and commissioning.
• Review contracts and requirements to identify obligations, risks, and actions.
• Manage scope changes, schedule impacts, and ensure changes are documented, priced, and billed.
