Qualifications

• Experience coordinating budget and schedule for mechanical, plumbing or sheet metal construction.
• Ability to prepare and review submittals, change orders and cost control measures.
• Leadership to mentor field staff and coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project budgets and scheduling.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment with purchasing.
• Review and submit RFIs, submittals and change orders; maintain logs.
• Mentor Project Engineers and supervise day-to-day field staff.
• Liaise with field supervision to ensure cohesive project execution.
