Jobot is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead complex mechanical construction projects from conception to completion in our Abilene area operations. You will oversee budgets, procurement, change orders, and team leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mechanical PM, strong budgeting and procurement skills, and superb communication with stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Project Management role within the mechanical construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing project costs, change orders, progress reports, and financial performance.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical building systems.
4. Excellent budgeting, contract management, and procurement skills.
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
6. Excellent strategic planning abilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
8. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
9. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
10. A strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
