Jobot is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee multi-location data center construction projects across the United States. You will drive planning, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and execution while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a mechanical engineering or construction background, 5+ years of project management experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex stakeholders and budgets in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in engineering or construction.
• Experience with project documentation, cost control, scheduling, procurement and change order pricing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services.
• Monitor progress and adjust to ensure on-time completion.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Project Manager for multiple locations around the U.S.. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in mechanical engineering, construction, and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial projects, from planning and procurement to execution and completion. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage all project resources, including procurement of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, including cost control and change order pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring OSHA-30 certification requirements are met.
• Handle any issues or crises that arise, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy in stressful situations.
• Use MS Office and other software systems to effectively manage projects and communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Science, or equivalent levels of technical training and related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the engineering or construction industry.
• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards related to project management.
• Proven experience with project documentation, cost control, scheduling, procurement, and change order pricing.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• OSHA-30 certification.
• Excellent MS Office skills and the ability/drive to learn new software systems.
• Experience with construction management and commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
