Job summary

Zentro Internet, LLC in Chicago (hybrid) is seeking a Project Manager II to independently manage complex projects across multi-family, commercial, and hybrid properties. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet contractual obligations, customer expectations, and delivery standards, while guiding junior PMs and resolving nonstandard challenges.

The role reports to the Director of Project Delivery and requires PMP certification, 6+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation management, or a related operational role.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving varied stakeholders, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Experience supporting multi-family and commercial property environments, preferably within telecommunications or related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently, prioritize competing demands, and resolve moderately complex operational challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, contractors, and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of complex projects and specialized accounts across multi-family, commercial, and hybrid property environments nationwide.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements from initiation through installation and final completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain momentum and minimize disruption.
• Serve as a primary project management contact for assigned projects and complex implementations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish project requirements, align updates, and resolve issues.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Project Manager I team members to maintain progress and resolve challenges.
• Assist with stalled, at-risk, or delayed projects by coordinating resources and driving to completion.
• Coordinate with Construction, Field Service, Operations, Sales, Finance, and other departments to align requirements and resources.
• Validate BOMs, equipment requests, budgets, and billing considerations for accurate handoffs.
• Maintain updated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments and escalate to PMO Manager as needed.
• Identify recurring challenges and propose workflow/process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support Order-to-Cash process improvements and drive timely execution.
