Job summary

The Sr. Project Manager at ManpowerGroup will oversee the team in our Catoosa, OK facility and serve as a player-coach, guiding the engineering team, external contractors, and EPCs to achieve department goals.

The role focuses on designing and building new processes and equipment, driving reliability, meeting timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards. It is an onsite position with broad cross-functional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience with success from concept to commissioning.
• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Knowledge of ASME/ANSI/API/NFPA/ASTM standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must understand and comply with safety rules and company policies.
• 8 years of direct process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (medium-scale industrial settings).
• Experience selecting, purchasing, operating and maintaining fixed and rotating equipment (tanks, vessels, boilers, pumps, conveyors, piping).
• Experience with equipment, electrical requirements and controls platforms (Allen Bradley, Ignition, Automation Direct, Wonderware).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team in the Catoosa, OK facility in a player-coach role.
• Lead the engineering team, external contractors and EPCs to meet Department goals.
• Design and build new processes and equipment; implement systems to drive reliability.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met and safety procedures followed.
