Job summary

Vertiv seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of its Southern Ohio facilities, delivering efficient manufacturing and world-class operations on time and within budget. Qualifications

• 10–20+ years of experience leading large-scale manufacturing projects.
• Experience in metal manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or paint/finishing systems.
• Strong understanding of facilities infrastructure (power, HVAC, utilities).
• Strong program management experience with complex facilities and equipment integration.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of the program from site selection through commissioning and production startup.
• Own the master project schedule, budget, scope, and risk plan.
• Manage all workstreams: Construction, Equipment, Facilities, EHS, Supply Chain, Layout, and IT.
• Oversee architects, engineering firms, general contractors, and equipment OEMs.
• Ensure equipment and facility designs align for optimal flow, automation, and efficiency.
• Communicate with executives and lead Steering Committee updates.
• Ensure delivery against safety, quality, cost, and throughput performance targets.
• Lead change management and stakeholder alignment across the organization.
• Implement disciplined project execution systems and milestone gating.

• Background in metal manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or paint/finishing systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of facilities infrastructure, including power, HVAC, and utilities.
• Strong program management experience with complex facilities and equipment integration.
