Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group in Juncos, Puerto Rico, seeks a project leader to own plan, budget and schedule end-to-end for department projects across multiple organizations. The role focuses on change controls, NPI activities and cross-functional coordination.

Candidates need a pharma/biotech PM background with 6+ years (Master’s 4, PhD 2) and fluency in English and Spanish. Immediate start on a 6-month contract with potential extension; administrative shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 6 years of PM (or Master's + 4, or PhD + 2) in pharma/biotech.
• Change control and NPI experience (required).
• Ariba, SAP, TrackWise, MS Project/Excel.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
