Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group seeks a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of department projects at a biopharmaceutical site in Juncos, Puerto Rico. This role serves as the liaison between the project team and the department, driving projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities include planning, tracking budgets and schedules, managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering periodic reports.

Qualifications

• Education must align with one of the listed paths.
• Experience in project management as per education path is preferred.
• Fluent business English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects: planning, implementation, monitoring, completion and follow-up.
• Manage competing timelines, prioritize critical tasks and anticipate schedule slips, costs and resource impacts.
• Maintain the master project plan and schedule; maintain and track project budgets and resources.
• Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet quality, productivity and business objectives.
• Implement tools and processes that enable informed decision making within the teams.
• Liaise with department staff and team leaders to gather input and feedback on project needs and issues.
• Generate periodic updates, reports and formal presentations.
• Ensure project work complies with regulatory requirements, policies and standard operating procedures.

This role serves as the liaison between the project team and the department, driving projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects: planning, implementation, monitoring, completion and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ariba Sourcing and Contracting modules
• Experience with SAP, Trackwise and project management tools
• Change control experience
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Contract Details
