Job summary

Lead new product introduction and technology transfer programs from business case to launch for a drug product development team at a leading biotechnology company in Juncos, Puerto Rico.
What you'll do
- Build integrated schedules, resource plans, risk registers and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional NPI and tech transfer teams.
- Manage change control and project controls on capital work.
- Report progress and risks to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree + 6 years of project management (or Master's + 4, or PhD + 2) in pharma/biotech.
- NPI, technology transfer or commercialization programs.
- Change control and capital projects.
- Process validation background is a plus.
- Contract: 11 months, with possible extension
- Shift: Administrative, Monday-Friday
- Start: Immediate
