Job summary

Biopharma-Consulting-Jad-Group in Juncos, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Lead project manager to drive new product introductions and technology transfer for a drug product development team. The role covers planning, budgeting, risk management and cross-functional leadership from business case through launch.

You will lead NPI and tech transfer efforts, manage change control on capital projects, and report progress and risks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of project management experience in pharma/biotech.
• NPI, technology transfer or commercialization programs.
• Change control and capital projects exposure.
• Process validation background is a plus.
