Job summary

Biopharma-Consulting-Jad-Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of department projects at a biopharmaceutical site in Juncos, Puerto Rico. The role drives projects from planning through completion and serves as liaison between the team and department.

The candidate will manage timelines, budgets and resources, maintain project plans, ensure quality and compliance, and prepare periodic updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education as listed: doctorate; or master's with PM experience; or bachelor’s with PM experience; or associate with PM experience; or high school with PM experience.
• PM experience aligned to the education track as stated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, monitoring and completion of projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources across departments.
• Maintain master project plan and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Liaise with staff to gather input and drive informed decisions.
• Communicate project updates and presentations to stakeholders.
