Job summary

Molex in Lisle, IL is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic manufacturing, capacity expansion, and product commercialization initiatives within the Datacom & Specialty Solutions division. You will align global operations resources and provide executive visibility into portfolio performance.

Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Finance to prioritize multimillion-dollar investments and drive execution across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading portfolios, programs, or strategic initiatives in manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating to leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management activities for manufacturing, operations, capacity expansion, and NPI initiatives.
• Evaluate and prioritize portfolios based on value, objectives, investments, and readiness.
• Consolidate data into portfolio reviews for leadership teams.
• Track portfolio performance, profitability, and milestones.
• Collaborate with BU leaders, Product/Program Managers, Finance, and Manufacturing Engineering to align plans.
• Identify risks, constraints, and interdependencies and drive mitigations.
• Communicate portfolio health and recommendations to stakeholders up to senior leadership.
• Support global teams across North America, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Mexico, and other locations.
• Deliver executive portfolio reviews with risk assessments and strategic updates.
