Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing project management.
• Mechanical/manufacturing background desirable.
• Ability to integrate engineering concepts with PM systems and processes.
• Advanced knowledge of cost and forecasting, including EV and change control.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and drive project management activities for moderate to complex projects.
• Review and guide execution of innovative solutions to technical issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams from procurement to design and production.
• Identify gaps and risks, develop resolutions to keep project on track.
• Develop cost, scope, and schedule framework for project elements.
• Escalate issues to PM leadership as needed and influence decisions.
• Support financial planning, monitoring, and reporting for projects.
• Coordinate communications with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Guide resource usage and engineering/production releases to meet quality and on-time delivery.
