National Bulk Equipment, Inc. in Holland, Michigan, seeks a senior-level Project Manager to direct the design, development and delivery of custom machinery from kickoff through start-up.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering and assembly to keep projects on scope, schedule and budget while ensuring seamless integration with customer processes. The role requires 5+ years in project management, a bachelor’s in engineering preferred, and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages scope, schedule, cost, quality, and change orders for multiple projects from kickoff to startup.
• Maintains regular communications with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Reviews drawings to ensure alignment with scope and specifications.
• Ensures integration of NBE equipment with customer processes.
• Travels to support installation/start-up (less than 10% travel).
• Identify issues in design or integration and recommend improvements.
