Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the Automation industry.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple departments (engineering, manufacturing, sales).
• Ability to manage budgets and track project finances.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project status across internal departments and customer representatives.
• Create and maintain project timelines and open issues lists.
• Lead meetings, publish notes, and ensure design reviews progress.
• Monitor budgets and assist accounting with invoicing and collections as needed.
• Advise management on project risks and delivery issues.
