Job summary

CLT Recruiters client, a Long Island architectural stone company, seeks a Project Manager to own three to four concurrent projects from award to closeout. You will lead shop drawing, field verification and critical problem-solving while coordinating fabrication and installation with GCs and architects.

The role requires strong technical command, experience in fabrication trades, and the ability to travel nationwide, roughly 1–2 times per month.

Qualifications

• Technical command is the priority.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own three to four concurrent projects end to end, from award through closeout.
• Drive the shop drawing process — coordinate with drafting, review for constructability, manage submittals with architects and GCs.
• Own field verification on site, verify dimensions and ensure shop cuts meet field needs.
• Coordinate fabrication and installation schedules nationwide, including compressed and off-hours work.
• Manage brand standards, landlord and mall requirements, and approvals.
• Handle procurement, change orders, RFIs, budgeting and billing on projects.
• Travel to project sites nationwide roughly 1–2 times per month.
