Job summary

Brodson Construction, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client relations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and frequent coordination with clients, architects, and field teams across South Florida and nationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of proven GC project management experience.
• Fluent English (reading/writing/verbal).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Oversee site visits, progress monitoring, and safety/compliance.
• Manage change orders, subcontracts, and payment applications.
• Facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and maintain minutes/logs.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align on scope and deliverables.
