Job summary

Brodson Construction, Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on high-end projects across South Florida and beyond. You will oversee crews, safety, scheduling, quality, and subcontractor coordination to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years of GC superintendent experience, restaurant build-out experience, OSHA 30, and strong leadership. You will work with Project Managers, architects, and inspectors to maintain Brodson's standards and client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years GC superintendent experience.
• Restaurant build-out/interior fit-out experience.
• Procore and scheduling software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations with accountability for safety, schedule, quality and site performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and field personnel per plans, budgets and schedules.
• Develop and execute construction plans, schedules and milestones with Project Managers.
• Maintain high quality standards and inspect subcontractor work for code compliance and Brodson’s expectations.
• Manage jobsite logistics, inspections, permits and safety programs.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate progress, risks and changes to stakeholders.
