Job summary

Brodson Construction Inc in Miami, FL, seeks a Luxury Residential Project Manager to lead high-end residential builds with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate with design teams, subs, and clients to ensure top-tier quality and safety across projects in Miami and surrounding counties.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years as PM for a GC, luxury residential experience, and strong proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools. Travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years as a Project Manager for a GC on $1M–$10M projects.
• Residential GC experience with ultra high-end luxury homes.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam/Adobe, Procore, and Sage 300.

Responsibilities

• Accept projects from estimating; adjust for constructability.
• Review contracts with preconstruction team and manage docs.
• Maintain project logs; follow submittal and RFI processes.
• Manage schedule and adherence to contract terms; update weekly.
• Site visits for progress, safety checks, QA/QC and reporting.
• Lead weekly meetings; track status and payments; close-out.
