Role Summary

The Senior Aptitude Project Manager will lead the Aptitude program regionally through all project phases, focusing on strategic direction, operational excellence, financial management, team leadership, stakeholder relationships, business development, and risk management, aligning with JE Dunn's strategy, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting safety culture, coordinating technology design and construction, providing technical expertise, creating project scopes, managing budgets, developing processes, leading teams, supporting strategy deployment, and managing project documentation.

Additional Responsibilities

Maintaining professional knowledge, engaging with civic organizations, managing client relationships, overseeing strategic direction, and leading staffing and growth initiatives.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's in construction management, IT, or related field (required); relevant experience considered in lieu.
• 10+ years in IT/Security/Life Safety systems; 8+ years in project management.

• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Travel and possible relocation
• Non-traditional hours, exposure to extreme conditions, on-site and office work
