Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery. You will plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives while staying within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in project management within patient services or specialty pharmacy, with strong communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodologies is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience managing projects in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Monitor and control project performance using KPIs and status reports.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices.
• Devise and implement best practices for project delivery via tools like JIRA and Confluence.
