This role requires planning, execution, and closing projects while ensuring business objectives are met, scope stays within limits, and work is delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven project management experience in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management alignment.
• Develop plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for execution.
• Lead meetings, track progress, and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and status reports.
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs with verification techniques.
• Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement best practices for project delivery using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
