Wallick Communities in New Albany, Ohio, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple strategic initiatives from initiation through closure at the Wallick Corporate office. You will apply Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and data-driven decision making to optimize business processes and build PMO capabilities.

The role requires strong analytical skills and a proven track record of leadership in complex, cross-functional projects across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure.
• Three years of experience in process management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement with measurable results.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and control plans).
• Experience developing process maps, standard operating procedures, and KPIs with governance.
• Strong analytical and data skills to support data-driven decisions and quantify impact.
• Experience leading change management and adoption of new processes across diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Desirable: experience in construction/real estate/affordable housing/senior living; managing people; Smartsheet; Minitab; workflow/process automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize project management processes to implement projects in IT and other strategic units; coordinate teams; develop charters and plans.
• Track projects against scope, schedule, and budget; report risks and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans; escalate and resolve project issues.
• Work with varied business units to provide leadership to cross-functional teams.
