Welty Building - Construction in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery using Lean construction principles. You will be the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within cost targets and quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Five to ten years minimum experience as a Project Manager of commercial building projects.
• Experience in Lean Construction processes and/or ability to adapt to new methodologies.
• Successful completion of company training and role-specific professional development coursework.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Planning for and management of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
• Establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project.
• Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan.
• Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team.
• Monitoring performance management techniques, including scorecards.
• Monitoring and advising upon project finances – prompt client invoicing.
• Managing flow of project information between team and client, through meetings and written communications.
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
