Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• 5+ years in managing large, cross-functional projects.
• 3+ years in process management/continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma tools experience (DMAIC, value stream mapping, root cause analysis).
• Experience mapping processes, SOPs, KPIs, and governance.
• Strong analytical and data skills for data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading change management across stakeholders.
• MS Office suite proficiency including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management processes to initiatives across IT and business units.
• Track scope, schedule, and budget; report status, risks, issues to leadership.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Collaborate with varied business units to provide leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and cycle time while improving quality.
• Identify opportunities with leaders, develop business cases, quantify benefits.
• Document processes, SOPs, and governance for enterprise use.
• Lead change management including stakeholder engagement and training.
